Start Here: 

OCFree is a clinically lead resource and treatment hub, for anyone affected by intrusive thoughts, obsessions and compulsions. Founded by Charlotte Brierley and Jess Eden; two passionate OCD Specialist Therapists with over 10 years experience in the treatment of OCD, as well as other Anxiety Disorders; including Phobia and Panic.  

In light of October Awareness month we have developed four unique educational events to help you, each answering a different experience of OCD.

Our aim is to bring you together into a safe community, offering clinical education and knowledge, whilst supporting you to freedom from obsessions and compulsions. 

Open to anyone OCD curious (friends and family too) ready to live a life not controlled by OCD.

Meet Charlotte & Jess

OCFree co-founders.

Charlotte is an accredited ex-NHS High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, EMDR Practitioner and Mental Health Social Worker.   While working in the Public Sector for over 12 years in Mental Health services - and finally being able to identify with her own lived experiences - she realised that who she really wanted to work with was those experiencing, or living with someone who has, Obsessions and Compulsions.  Her instagram handle is @the_floral_therapist which gives a nod to her other passion in floristry.  

Jess is a UK based integrative therapist and counsellor working in private practice since 2023. Jess works with Anxiety Disorders and OCD & is host of the Anxiously Capable Podcast and runs the Instagram Account @TherapyWithJessEden.   Jess was initially trained as a person centred counsellor, and now works integratively using evidence based therapy and treatment Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I-CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention skills.
